Jeans for Genes Day is a national day when people wear their jeans to raise much-needed funds for research into birth defects and diseases such as cancer, epilepsy, and a range of genetic disorders.
On Friday August 1st workplaces, schools and streets become a sea of denim in a united stance against childhood disease.
Every dollar raised on the day helps scientists at Children’s Medical Research Institute discover treatments and cures, to give every child the opportunity to live a long and healthy life.
Volunteer for Jeans for Genes

Why do I need to go to the J4G website? As in 2013 The Jeans for Genes Day Volunteer Program is managed by Eventeamwork but through a separate CERVIS system. That means that if you are registered on the Eventeamwork CERVIS system you won’t be able to log in to the Jeans for Genes CERVIS system automatically, you need to register a new profile. However if you volunteered for Jeans for Genes Day in 2013 you already have a profile in this separate system.
To register your profile to volunteer on Jeans for Genes Day please make sure you are logged out from your Eventeamwork CERVIS account and close the Cervis window, then follow the above link to Jeans for Genes Day Volunteering
